Green Ethiopian Djimma 5
This wonderful Ethiopian coffee comes from the regions of Illubor & Kaffa in South West Ethiopia. The Djimma is often accepted as being the original coffee plants when it was first discovered making it potentially the purest form of coffee. It is grown between 1,750-2000 metres above sea level and is harvested between November & January. In the cup it gives us high acidity and full bodied taste which it gains from being sun-dried.

This coffee when roasted alone can run away a little, so keep a close eye on the temperature reducing if necessary to maintain an even roast. Blend this with some Guatamala post roast for a spectacular blend.
