Meet the jewel of the mid-season harvest from the Lekali Coffee Estate, a standout single estate lot grown on the slopes of Nuwakot, Nepal. This Mount Everest coffee doesn't just carry a name, it carries a story, representing the farm and its commitment to pushing Nepalese specialty coffee forward.

This exceptional and rare Nepal coffee is truly one of a kind, and it's worth mentioning that this is the only Himalayan snowfed, glacial water-washed coffee in the world. Rich fertile soil, high elevation and ample rainfall make Nuwakot one of the premium coffee growing regions of Nepal. At this coffee farm in Nepal, the plants are naturally cultivated under a canopy of sun-filtered papayas, avocados, hazelnuts and macadamia nuts, whose fallen leaves create a nutritious mulch for the coffee plants, lending a subtle fruit and nutty taste to the cup.

This lot was carefully glacial water washed and dry fermented, before being double-soaked overnight and shade-dried to perfection. The result is a clean, complex cup that reflects both the care taken at origin and the uniqueness of the region. Smooth, balanced, and delicious.
