Product Information

The perfect winter warmer bursting with vibrant citrus acidity, blackcurrants, and woodland fruits. The beans are bold and punchy with a unique greenish-blue hue. Typically grown on iron-rich volcanic loamy soils.

Cherries are carefully sorted before pulping. The parchment is fermented overnight, then washed and graded into P1, P2, P3, P lights, and pods. Drying takes place on raised drying tables for 8–14 days, depending on weather conditions.
