The Daterra 'Sunrise' is so called because the coffee beans are harvested exclusively
from the hillsides that face the Brazilia sunrise in the morning. The coffee cherries
are also harvested at sunrise, which is supposed to have a positive impact on the
flavour of the coffee beans. This coffee is a beautifully satisfying espresso coffee
with a lovely deep crisp chocolate and nut flavour base with extraordinary sweet
citrus notes.

El Salvador Pacamara Coffee Beans are the best available in Central America. This
very rare and special coffee is a cross between the Maragogype and the Pacas varietals.
The beans are 'elephant' sized, and are often reffered to as 'elephant beans'.These
coffee beans have a great rich chocolaty body , with a little bite of sweetness
giving a very nicely balanced cup. The coffee is of a very high quality, and full
of rich flavours. Very recommended.

Old Brown Java coffee (also called Old Government Java) comes from the Island of
Java in Indonesia. This is a 'long-aged' coffee, where the coffee beans
are allowed to naturally age in warehouses for at least 2 years. Old Brown Java
is one of the most famous and sought after of the 'aged' coffees. The musky
complex aromas are matched by the rustic earthy flavour notes. The long finish and
big body makes this coffee especially impressive.

the best coffees being roasted at the moment. This blend is full bodied and smooth
with a long and lingering finsh.
