About Our Colombian Coffee Beans

Colombia has been producing great coffee beans since the early part of the 19th century. During the last century, coffee has become Colombia's main export. The main coffee growing regions in Colombia are: Antioquia, Risaralda, Norte de Santander, Tolima, Valle del Cauca, Quindío, Caldas and Bucaramanga (where CoffeeBeanShop.co.uk's Colombian Coffee originates).

One of the most distinctive attributes of a good Colombian coffee is it's body. Which is rich and delicious, with a pleasant aftertaste that lingers. The flavour of our Bucaramanga arabica coffee is both full and complex, but with good balance.

Customer Reviews

30-May-09 - I thought the aroma of the beans was fantastic. However, i felt that the brew wasn't that good - it was a weak tasting coffee for me. It produced a good crema. My girlfriend on the other hand really liked it.

08-May-10 - Colombian coffee at it's best! What can I say but 'I love you'!

05-Jan-10 - I think the coffee is not strong, feels light rather than heavy. From the colour of beans it is clear this roast is not deeply roasted. I brew the coffee using stove top (Moka Express) and it did not turn out nice. Very tasteless and watery. Perhaps not ideal for espresso.
