About Our Mocha Guatemala Coffee Beans

Our Mocha Guatemala arabica coffee blend brings togather the best of the Ethiopian 'Mocha' coffees, with our fantastic 'Single Estate' Guatemalan. This coffee is definately more than the sum of its constituent parts. It is brilliant in commercial equipment, as well as all domestic kit.
If you like blends, you MUST try this one.

The complex Ethiopian Mocha combines with the floral and rustic notes of a great Guatemalan. The end result is a complex fruity initial flavour, followed by mixed chcolatey and earthy body with great 'mouth feel'. The after-taste is long and pleasant.

What You Will Get

All of our coffee is freshly roasted by us at our traditional family-run coffee roastery in rural Kent. You will receive a bag of coffee that is very much a premium product, where the aromas and flavours will be exceptionally delicious, and remarkably better than what you may be used to from the supermarket

About Brewing This Coffee

This coffee works fantastically well in all brewing equipment, including espresso / cappucino machines, cafetiere pots, paper / metal filter brewers, and turkish brewers.

30-May-09 - I felt that this coffee was superb. Great aroma, fantastic density, and great crema. Tasted very nice as espresso or a cappuccino. I loved it, and will buy again. On the other hand my girlfriend didn't think much too it!

28-Jun-09 - I have aquired a perculator and managed to aquire an old fashioned grinder a handle like the old wringer and pressure holder by spring not a nut giving an even grind, I took advice and brought this coffee it was like seventh hevean nice and smooth I willl next try the origin coffee Guatemalan el fogon also I cut paper filter using the metal filter as a guide this then makes the coffee very clear of debris without altering the flavour and is easy to dispose of grounds

13-Oct-09 - This coffee is great for a tasteful espresso. It's not as full of strong tastes as others but gives a delicious smooth taste. Works well in in a cappa as well for the same reason.
